Wisconsin - the dairy state?

Max was not jailed and the judge ruled to my understanding...to move to the appellate
court. I am not good with legal jargon. Essentially it delays things....I was in the court room and the judge actually seems to favor Max in my opinion. The website www.thecompletepatient.com gives good information on the progression of Max & court.
