I recommended both books to one of my patients and she immediately asked me to order them. It was a delightful experience for me to read "Primal Diet". Rarest occasion: I agreed with each word of the book. I did not speak with Dr. Vonderplanitz yet, but in my thoughts I am immensely grateful to him. Such a powerful weapon!
