Raw food lover asking you to get in touch about where to live...

I am summarizing an entry from DD looking for a better life with more abundant raw food.
She is looking for sources of good food including raw dairy products in the area of Miami Florida.
She is considering living in areas that interest her AND have the necessary raw dairy products
(milk, cream, butter, eggs...). This could include Southern Californa, certain communities in Mexico (nearest Puerta Vallarta) or NYC . She would like to hear from anyone who cares to communicate about the above or other locations where the raw food diet, specifically the Primal Diet, can easily be followed. You may contact her directly at deniman@hotmail.com or make comments on this blog.

I have been looking also. The state of South Carolina interests me greatly - fantastic weather, good growing season & good land, raw milk is legal... I will ask a friend to contact you who already lives there.

Is this a place to ask questions while we are getting used to living the Raw Food Diet? So here's a couple of questions:
1. We are beginning the weight loss portion. Do you need to be exact - for example, can I add mustard to my butter to mix with my meat as I have been doing?
2. I am finding it difficult to find raw milk cheeses with no salt added. So I've thought about making my own, but they all call for salt. Seems like part of the preservation process. Can I just eliminate that part?
Thanks,
Linda

Yes, Linda, you may ask questions. Some can be answered by me or my wife; some questions will need to be asked to Aajonus directly. He is the nutritionist; I am not a nutritionist nor is my wife. I simply run the website and this blog..
1. Is a question for Aajonus. My personal view is that anyone starting out on this diet is doing so much right and changing such longstanding patterns that they should approach it on a percentage basis. It IS possible to get raw mustard by the way. Check the recipe book for that.
2. Two things. One - there is a report of producers and distributors available for $15 at http://www.wewant2live.com/site/811618/product/RPD-01
that gives various good sources of various raw food you will need, including cheese without salt added.
Two - send me (facilitator@wewant2live.com)your email address; I will have my wife tell you how she makes cottage cheese with no salt at all. It would help if I knew where you live; we have only found one brand of raw milk that works well for this purpose. I am not sure if it is available to you until I know your location.
