Aajonus - the person who developed the Primal Diet - was interviewed last Thursday at http://www.oneradionetwork.com. The interview is there however you need to sign up (at no cost) first.
Aajonus mentioned what he calls his 'product list' which is a 10 page report of producers and distributors in the USA of quality food. Each of these producers and distributors has passed Aajonus' scrutiny to verify that when they say 'unheated' that is really is unheated, similarly that 'no salt added' means exactly that, and so on. This gives contact info such as websites, email addresses, phone numbers and physical addresses. At the time of the interview this report was hidden in the http://www.wewant2live.com site; it is now available either by clicking on the second tab on the left saying 'Aajonus' Report...' or by using this link. I mention this now so that if you wish to find it, you may do so now.
