Diet or Exercise - Which is More Important to Health?



Aajonus - the creator of the Primal Diet and author of We Want To Live: the Primal Diet and The Recipe for Living Without Disease - has continued his research.  He communicates updated information in his series of archived Primal Diet Newsletters.  In one such newsletter, he makes clear for me that for some people exercise is of paramount importance (along with a healthy diet) and for others it is not so important.  How does he tell the difference?

To me, it is a relief to have access to a living author who is on the right track of research (in my opinion).  He keeps information available to those who reach for it.    Check it out for yourself!  His answer regarding who requires at least a certain amount of exercise each day and who does not is an important piece of data for me.   You will have your own questions of course.
