What is in the news about raw milk?

The news about raw milk has quieted down. There are two whistle blowers telling a story about some new dangers of pasteurized milk. Listen to them before their story is removed from our viewing.

I heard about some legislation on NPR yesterday, something about general pre-emptive federal laws that supercede all facets of state law. The first thing that came to mind was milk. I live in Montana and can't legally buy milk anyway, but they were talking about the FDA already utilizing this segment to enforce their rules on other states. Do you know anything about this? Do you suppose they're going to come after your milk in California?

on the side, I'm confused about who writes this blog. Is it aajonus? Or is ellington_Jim someone else?

feel free to stop by and say hello, I'm at http://www.terrazoa.org

Hello Svakanda! I visited your site and like it. Yes, this is Jim Ellingson. I am running the blog.
I do not know the answer to your question but Aajonus has addressed some related issues about the dangers of genetic engineering not being limited by state lines, in the newsletters for subscribers at www.wewant2live.com. I will ask him your question and if he does have data on this I will put it as an entry on the blog.
