Choosing to Lose Your Rights to the Healthy Foods You Consume

Please read all the way to the end or if you are in a hurry, just read the last paragraph starting "When Rawesome was raided..."

Aajonus' message of September 10th, 2010:

Can I, small farmers and you be considered enemies of government because we fight for our right to have healthy foods? Can we be jailed without offense, charge or trial? Obama announces his treasonable plan to adopt Hitler-style regime that completely removes civil rights. [Does he have] ...Bush-like plans for World Order? Watch this before it is pulled from the internet.

Message of September 11th, 2010:

Hi, everyone,
Thank your for your replies both positive and negative. I was trying to be brief because everyone is so overwhelmed with emails but my brevity backfired with some of you.

...

...Obama ... is ... fulfilling the wishes of those who want One World Order. Less than 1% of the USA population knew who he was, so how did he become President with almost no notoriety and only a short campaign? More on Obama below.

For those who thought my email was fear-mongering: If fear is realistic action to curb loss of freedom, then it is not fear-mongering. Look what freedoms of healthy-food choices we suffered in the last 10 years: loss of truly organic foods free of any industrial chemicals; fresh raw fruit and vegetable juices off shelves of ANY store; meats including fish that is not tainted with chlorine, fluoride and other poisonous cleansers; easy access to raw milk without government harassment; and almost total elimination of our right to raw-meat recipes in restaurants except sushi bars.

The raids on food clubs, private coops and small farmers has increased immeasurably since last January and the feds are doing it with falsified warrants claiming felony behavior (necessary for such warrants) when all everyone is ever charged or threatened to be charged is misdemeanors. I think the feds took it from Obama's speech last year that they can claim just about anything they want and get away with it. Three of the 40 clubs I try to protect were raided and the suppliers raided after they confiscated our computers and data. Therefore, I think that regurgitating Obama's speech is pertinent. When five of us lobbied for a raw milk bill in Congress in Spring 2007, Obama's office was the only one that outright told us that if we wanted a bill written by them, we would have to pay thousands of dollars and if we wanted the bill to pass, "much more than tens of thousands of dollars." That was before we told him about what we were asking. Obama even agreeing that prolonged detention is okay was enough to encourage law-enforcers (misnomer?) to do as they please. Maybe I am not objective enough because I am fed up and time-consumed with all of this government intervention in our right to healthy food and our pursuit to be healthy. Please understand me and that we must stop this now before it escalates more. Thank you.

When Rawesome was raided in Venice, California June 30th, I sent an email asking for donations to bring a lawsuit for the 4 violations of our civil rights. Only 58 people donated out of the many thousands who received my message. We collected about $37,000. As I stated in my email, we need $300,000. Of course some of you cannot afford to donate but most of you can afford at least $100 to try and protect your right to healthy food. If only 3,000 people donated $100 dollars, that would cover it. Since so few of you donated, I must assume that most of you are all right with losing your choices for the foods you wish to consume. If you are not okay with that, then please donate to Right To Choose Healthy Food through Paypal to optimal@earthlink.net; or at www.RawMilk.org, or send check to RTCHF, POB 176, Santa Monica, CA 90406-0176. We must hurt government in the only place it suffers, loss of time for and money from its budget for lawsuits.
healthfully,
aajonus

PS. The talk on Food Chain Radio with me was a bust this morning. The host called me about 2 minutes prior to the show and said he would call me again after he increased his calling card fees. I waited for his call for 30 minutes. During that 30 minutes, four people from USA called me about not being on the show. I was unable to call the show on its 800 number because I am abroad. Almost 50 minutes into the show, Jim Ellingson conferenced me into the show. When his calling card expired, I was disconnected so my appearance was brief.

What Aajonus would have said...

this morning on his radio interview by Michael Olsen. Somehow Michael did not have enough minutes on his calling card so I called Aajonus (in the Philippines) and put him on the air on a three way call until my calling card ran out. Anyone who wants the history of decades of raw milk attacks, who is behind it etc., get Aajonus' Petition and Report in Favor of Natural Milk (written with Dr. Douglass) at http://www.wewant2live.com/site/811618/product/RM-Report

More details of Aajonus' radio interview this Saturday

“You never let a serious crisis go to waste.” Rahm Emanuel

Two giant farms sold us a half-billion rotten eggs, and so agents of the government, with guns drawn and warrants in hand, are breaking down the doors of the little people who sell fresh, whole foods to their neighbors. But…

Why is government attacking little people with no problems instead of big people with lots of problems?

This Saturday at 9am Pacific, Michael Olson’s Food Chain Radio hosts Brigette Ruthman of Joshua’s Farm in Massachusetts, and Aajonus Vonderplanitz of the Rawsome Food Coop in Los Angeles, for Part II of a three-part conversation about the food safety crisis.

Topics include a look at government enforcement actions against the purveyors of fresh, whole foods; why government is attacking small producers with little or no food safety problems, while ignoring giant producers with huge food safety problems; and what government hopes to accomplish by attacking the little people.

Aajonus - On the Radio, Protecting Our Right to Healthy Food

Aajonus is being interviewed regarding protecting our right to healthy food. Michael Olson of the Food Chain Radio is the interviewer. The show airs live from 9 AM to 10 AM (noon to 1 PM EST) Saturday September 11th; catch it at http://www.metrofarm.com/mf_Food_Chain_Radio.php on a radio station local to you or on your computer. The owner of Joshua's Farm in Massachusetts is also a guest on this show; she has initiated a legal battle. This promises to be an important interview.
P.S. This may seem to affect US citizens only but what happens in the USA - whether we protect our rights to grow and consume our own food - will affect other countries.
